How to attend the EVO system
We will be using the EVO system (http://evo.caltech.edu/evoGate/) available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
No special hardware is needed besides headphones which are mandatory to avoid echo with the meeting room if you turn on your microphone.
An internet ADSL line is the minimal requirement.
If you do not have a computer you can still use the phone bridge (see attached documents).
How to attend the ASEPS Kickoff meeting through EVO:
A) Anytime before the conference
a) Get registered at http://evo.caltech.edu/evoGate/
b) Test your connection go to 'Universe' community then EVO TV
B) July 23rd, a testing session will be available.

C) July 24th, the kickoff meeting
The video conference system will be available from 9: to 19: (Chinese time). The kickoff meeting
will be from 9:30 to ~ 18:.
Please check the time difference with your location: For example: France 3:30 to ~ 12:00, Japan 10:30 to ~ 19:
